Questions

How do I sign in?

The app uses your kettlecommand.com account: sign in with the same username and password as on the website. Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the website's sign in page and we email you a reset link.

How do I get an account?

Accounts are by invitation during early access. Ask for one on the home page.

Do I need a controller or sensors?

No. Recipes, brew day, fermentation, inventory and the yeast lab all work without hardware; you type readings in yourself. Controllers and sensors are optional and add live temperatures and control.

Why do notifications not arrive?

Allow notifications for Kettle Command in your phone's settings, then check which alerts are on in the app under Settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. On the web: the delete account page. Both delete your account and everything in it.
